Announcing 2018 changes in corporate Human Resources

We are pleased to announce that Leslie Mawhorter has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources/Compensation and Benefits.  In this role, Leslie will continue to manage the wide array of programs and plans that cover the McWane organization, driving improvements and influencing our organization’s costs in this critical area. Leslie has worked in the corporate Human Resources function for more than four years.  Previously she spent thirteen years with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama and twelve years in the United States Air Force.

Also, effective immediately, Lauren Jackson will join the Human Resources function in the role of Director, Retirement Plans.  Lauren has worked with McWane for the past ten years and will transfer her deep knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans to the HR team.  She will report directly to Leslie.

Congratulations Leslie on this well-earned promotion. We wish you success in this expanded role.  We also welcome Lauren to the HR function and look forward to working more closely with all involved in these key areas.
