Barb Wisniewski spots Amerex fire extinguishers during on-site evaluation

Last week Barb Wisniewski, McWane VP Health & Safety, visited Wheelabrator McKay in Tampa, Florida to assist OSHA with a VPP on-site evaluation as Wheelabrator was going for VPP Star recertification.  During the visit, Barb noticed the facility uses Amerex fire extinguishers and had this photo taken with the other VPP Evaluation team members from Nucor and Cintas.  With limited resources, OSHA uses the assistance of SGEs (Special Government Employees) who work with OSHA personnel during week-long trips to evaluate facilities who wish to become VPP.
