Ben Breland joins Corporate IT team

We are pleased to welcome Ben Breland to the Corporate IT team as our new Director, IT Risk & Security.  Ben comes to McWane from Diamondback/Energen where he worked for 4 years.  Ben has an extensive financial background in addition to ERP, CIS, project management and risk management program experience.  Ben will be focused on formalizing our existing efforts into a comprehensive IT risk management program.  Priority activities for Ben in 2019 will include establishing cyber security awareness & training programs, conducting IT policy reviews and updates, as well as aligning data protection, backup and disaster recovery procedures with industry best practices.
