Jerome McQueen promoted to Group Environmental Compliance Director

We are pleased to announce that Jerome McQueen, currently Environmental Manager at Tyler Union in Anniston, Alabama, will join the corporate Environmental Department as Group Environmental Compliance Director (GECD). Jerome has been with McWane since 2009. Prior to joining McWane, Jerome was an environmental consultant and worked as an Environmental Engineer at Wheland Foundry for several years. While at Wheland, Jerome was mentored by our very own Larry Bowers.

Jerome has a BS in Civil Engineering Technology form South Carolina State, MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Florida A&M and MBA from University of Phoenix. Jerome is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Georgia.

Jerome will remain in Anniston and will be transitioning out of his current role at Tyler Union over the next 2-3 weeks into his new role as GECD for the Valve & Hydrant Group as Larry Bowers prepares to phase out of full time work with McWane.
