McWane is dedicated to EHS/HR excellence

McWane team members from Canada Pipe in Hamilton, Clow Canada and Bibby Ste. Croix came together on June 15 for a rededication to EHS/HR day.  In the dictionary, dedication is defined as committing yourself to something.  At McWane we are committed to EHS/HR excellence, but it is important to remind ourselves from time to time why we work together every day to maintain this excellence.

Not only do we want every team member who leaves for work in the morning to return home at night, we feel a moral obligation to protect the environment by preventing pollution and minimizing the impact and risk to the environment from our operations.  We also feel that all of our team members should be treated fairly at all times and have every opportunity available for advancement. 

We do what we do throughout the day, every single day, because it affects not only us, but our co-workers, our families and the community.
