Tyler Union team members complete McWane Way training

Approximately 46 Tyler Union team members of the leadership team completed the Ken Chapman and Associates training in November.  The training challenged each team member on the eight points of The McWane Way Compass and provided robust learning and development opportunities to improve leader behaviors as they relate to these three points.
