When disaster strikes the time to prepare has passed

Pictured here is Tyler Union team member Owen Vore with the President of Olathe WinWater, Terry Dickens. They are standing in front of large diameter fittings that Terry just purchased to supply to WaterOne, which is a water district in Johnson County, Kansas. The fitting on the left is a 36” tee, the fitting on the right is a 42x36” tee and the big one in the middle is a 54x36” tee! Pictured on the right is of those fittings loaded up on one of WinWater’s trucks getting ready to head to WaterOne.

Now for the real neat part about this. These aren’t even for a project. These fittings are all going to go sit in a warehouse, just in case there is a transmission main break. If there is a break they will have the ability to fix the leak without much down time. Hopefully they won’t need to use them any time soon.
