Working together to win the game

It was a cold and windy day, but that didn't stop a little friendly competition between McWane Ductile New Jersey's (MDNJ) salaried and hourly team members. The goal of the event was to teach team members the importance of the McWane Way principle of teamwork. The salaried team worked together to pull out a victory this time, but the hourly team is looking forward to a rematch soon.
