Amerex In Motion

Amerex In Motion is a software suite specifically designed for Facilities Management.

It combines the use of a MESH radio network to auto populate the software negating the requirement for field personnel to visit the site, thus providing a predictive and proactive maintenance system as well as allowing users to monitor plant operations remotely.

Configuration

The system is very easy to configure and has the ability to import data from users existing data bases. It comes complete with Drag and Drop capability, Clone Tools and a Data Base import tool. The data input can comprise the asset type with its main characteristics, Predictive and Preventive maintenance tasks, technician profile matching with task and/or equipment and frequent alarms, faults and failures.

Service Orders

From this information service orders are automatically generated and appropriate technicians assigned the task. This information is transmitted automatically to the Technicians smart phone or tablet by a free downloadable APP. The information is also transmitted to the management allowing the number of open or closed orders to be monitored.

Monitoring

The auto population from remote sensors allows the system to be used for monitoring alarm set points and annunciating these on smart phones allowing operators, maintenance technicians or anyone else with the APP to take the required action. As the information from the sensors is continually logged the software has the capability to provide historical data in the form of reports from each and every sensor.

Performance Reports

The management APP gives an online, wide and global vision of what is happening in each region down to local area, building or even a complete country. It gives information on teams, systems, equipment and provides online follow up. The APP allows management to monitor compliance of legislation, norms, standards and procedures.

Once Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are set the system will automatically produce reports giving management a unique overview of the work performance. It is also possible to tie in the cost or material and manpower allowing management to immediately see the full cost associated with each and every work order.
